Dispatcher
Responsibilities include: Heavy telephones, releasing vehicles, data entry, and two way radio communication with tow trucks and supervise shift. Candidate must possess good customer service and telephone skills, good communication and writing skills, and type 25 wpm. Computer skills are beneficial. Must be able to handle numerous tasks at once and be able to effectively prioritize such tasks. Must have ability to work independently and supervise coworkers. Salary commensurate with experience.

Tow Truck Operator
Previous towing experience required. Driver must be proficient in lock outs. Candidate must have good customer service skills. Good communication and writing skills are necessary to complete company reports. Potential candidate must show current Department of Motor Vehicle driver's license printout, complete a background investigation with the Los Angeles Police Commission and submit to a pre-employment drug test and physical exam. All tow truck operators are subject to random drug testing. Position consists of 10-12 hour shifts including nights and weekends. Salary: commensurate with experience, on an hourly wage plus commission, plus paid time off
